1. Who we are

Retsil Technologies (“Retsil,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates an invitation-only real estate acquisition and disposition platform, including the operator cockpit, the Obee One micro-flip marketplace, buyer matching, outreach, and e-signature workflows (the “Service”).

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to visitors of retsiltech.com, invited operators, buyers and sellers who interact with our communications, and anyone who submits a pre-qualification or scheduling form.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, company, investor parameters (buy box, target markets, assignment fee preferences), signatures and typed legal names on agreements (including NDAs and purchase agreements), payment and wire verification details, and any messages you send us.

Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, session duration, and access timestamps. For security and compliance we also log agreement execution events with network address, device fingerprint, and timestamp.

Information from third-party and public sources: property records, county deed and registry data, and business contact information used to operate the Service, including outreach to sellers and verified buyer matching.

3. How we use information

To provide and operate the Service: creating and provisioning seats, generating and transmitting offers and contracts, facilitating e-signatures, operating the Obee One marketplace, and routing deals to buyers.

To communicate with you: service notices, agreement execution, outreach and marketing communications you have requested or consented to receive, and responses to your inquiries.

For security, compliance, and enforcement: enforcing our no-capture and confidentiality policies, preventing fraud and abuse, meeting legal obligations, and establishing or defending legal claims.

To improve the Service: analyzing aggregated usage and performance. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Communications (email and SMS)

If you provide your email or phone number, we may send service-related and, where permitted, marketing messages. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link; you may also reply STOP to SMS messages to opt out.

We honor opt-out requests promptly and maintain suppression lists so unsubscribed contacts are not re-mailed.

5. How we share information

With other platform users, as the Service is designed to do: for example, signed contract terms shared with marketplace buyers you select, and counterparty details needed to close a transaction.

With service providers who process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations: cloud hosting and database infrastructure, email and SMS delivery providers, e-signature providers, and payment processors.

For legal reasons: when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Retsil, our users, or others.

In a business transfer: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred subject to this Policy.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for third-party cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your seat or relationship with us is active, and afterward as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Executed agreements and signature records are retained as part of our business records.

Marketing contact data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion, subject to suppression-list retention needed to honor your opt-out.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encrypted transport, invitation-only access keys, and executed confidentiality agreements for platform users.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If we learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and applicable regulators as required by law.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live (including California and other states with privacy laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing.

California residents: we do not “sell” or “share” personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.

9. Cookies and tracking

We use session storage and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and secure the platform. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced through the Service or by email before they take effect.
